Sometimes whilst travelling you could spend hours in an airport or bus station. Naturally this can be rather boring. Luckily if you have wifi or mobile data you can find entertainment online. One option is online casino games which are growing in popularity. You can play this online slot for free on demo mode at casinosjungle. If you choose to bet with real money, if you are very lucky you can also win and boost your travel budget!  Vegans Versus Vampires is a new online slot game that’s super fun and will keep you playing all day.

Slot game theme

The theme of this slot plays nicely with the vampires and vegan theme. It’s awfully funny as vampires represent the opposite extreme of veganism. There is definitely a nice comedic element to this slot machine game. You’ll also see characters like the vampire and a vegan man with an anti-meat sign.  Some of the reels are filled with objects like green juice and skulls, as well as carrots.

Special Symbols

The vampire is wild and will help extend your win. It doesn’t always extend the reels upward, but every so often the reels will extend to provide you with more wilds and help you win even more money. In order to hit the bonus you need to get the bonus symbol on reels 1, 3, and 5. If you hit the bonus symbols only on two of the reels, than the bonus will not be started. Once you hit the bonus, the screen will light up and play some music.

What happens in the bonus round?

When you hit the bonus, you’ll be able to spin the wheel. You could win the option of free games or you could win a multiplier that would be used on your win. You could win up to 100 times your amount or as little as 3 times your amount. Sometimes the wild vampire will extend up the row further increasing your win for that spin. When you hit the vampire bonus, it will take you to a castle. When you arrive at the castle you will be taken to the bottom floor windows. They are lit up. The vampire will ask you to pick one of the windows. When you do, there will be a monetary amount you can win. You could also hit a window that says to advance. In this case, you will work your way up the castle to the next row of windows where you will pick some more lights. If you click on a window which shows a cross made of carrots, then you are almost done with the bonus. The vampire will tell you to find a certain symbol to continue. If the symbol is not found the bonus will be over and you’ll be awarded the money that you have banked throughout the bonus. If found, then the bonus will continue and you’ll be able to keep attempting to move up the castle.

Vegans versus vampires Conclusion:

The theme for this is definitely playful and incorporates a lot of spooky elements. This is a great slot for Halloween time and perfect for enjoying. It’s really clever the way that they incorporated the vegan elements into the spooky, vampire elements. For example, the cross made of carrots and the character with the anti-meat sign. In addition to the vampire bonus, there is also a vegan bonus which has a similar effect. This slot is extremely fun and will keep you playing all day. This slot is highly recommended by this vegan at least!

When travelling, vegetarians have slim pickings on types of food they wish to eat, especially snacks. One reason attributed to this is that their food stores are among the hardest to locate, or available stores sell vegetable snacks alarmingly expensive. Due to this, some vegetarians are taking matters into their own hands by developing home-based tasty recipes. Here are trending vegan snack recipes even meat-eaters would love to prepare.

Vegan sandwiches

Making sandwiches is an art many of us were taught when we were just toddlers. But to come up with a satisfying plant-based sandwich that will last longer on a trip, follow this procedure.

You need; bread that does not contain eggs, milk, butter or animal products, margarine (from plant oils) and sandwich filings. For fillings, you can use vegetables, potatoes, beans, fruits, etc.

Toss a few slices of multigrain bread on a pan brushed with margarine, and leave the bread to burn until golden brown.

Take one slice of bread and start pilling sandwich fillers of your choice. When satisfied with the quantity and type of fillers added on the slice, take another slice and add it on top of the final layer.

However, instead of bread, you can use vegetable-based buns.

Bliss balls

Bliss balls are power loaded snacks you can always prepare a few minutes to trip. These dense sugar-filled snacks require cashews, almonds, flaked coconut, cocoa and any other suitable nuts you wish to add.

Pop some dates in a bowl filled with hot water and let them rest for a few minutes. This will leave them soft enough to form a nice smooth syrup when you mash them.

Place the mashed dates along with almonds, cocoa seeds, coconut flakes, and cashew nuts inside a food processer and switch it on.

After running for a few minutes, remove the dough-like mixture from the processor and roll it into small bite-size balls. During this step, you can apply your DIY skills and form your own shapes as long they are small and easy to bite.

If the mixture is too dry, add some date syrup to soften it. This will help you form smooth shapes.

Lastly, store the mixture in an airtight container; it is ready for a trip. If your trip is in a few days’ time, place the mixture in the fridge as you wait for the D-day.

Fruit salads

Preparing fruit salads is very simple; it all depends on your tastes and what fruits you want to include in the menu. For me, I bought a watermelon, strawberries, pineapples, grapes and some kiwi fruits.

Here is how I prepared the salad;

I peeled the watermelon, pineapple and kiwi fruits and sliced them in halves.

Since the watermelon and pineapple were too big, I used a small portion from each fruit which I chopped into small cubes.

I added chopped kiwi fruits, full-size strawberries and grapes into the mixture, which I packed in small glass jaws ready for the trip.

As a vegan, you know that eating out anywhere can sometimes feel like an impossible task. It’s a hassle, and it can feel like a battle to find something you can eat. However, when you are in Europe, you can eat for days! From London to Paris, Prague, and Belgium, you can find vegan restaurants everywhere with mouth-watering dishes for you to try!

Emma Pea In Berlin

One of the most significant things that draws people to Emma Pea is that you have to play Sherlock Holmes to find it. When you do, however, it’s worth the effort. It’s been purely vegan for five years, and they serve an eclectic menu of burritos, Thai burgers that will have your taste buds singing, and nachos that will have you ordering another round. Offering something for everyone, you can please even the pickiest eater here.

Betty’s In Amsterdam

Betty’s has become popular because it’s vegan, but with a twist thrown in. When you come here, you don’t know what you will be eating. The menu is a complete surprise because the staff of chefs is passionate about giving you the best experience possible. They use fresh ingredients and use the elements that are in season. That means the menu is constantly changing, it’s always new, and you will never get bored. Another plus? The prices are fantastic! You can get a three-course meal with dessert for under forty dollars! That makes it easily one of the best vegan restaurants in Europe!

Etnosvet In Prague

Etnosvet will call out to the culinary foodies and the social media lovers that can’t take a bite out of anything without taking a picture first. Their philosophy is that food can taste amazing and look amazing at the same time. Each dish has love and care, and the dishes are vegan and vegetarian. When the dish comes to your table, you think you were looking at a masterpiece because of the time and the care that has gone into your food. The menu offers dishes that range from fried sushi, a Portobello burger, rice noodles, or Pad Thai! It’s the perfect place to go with friends or loved ones!

Manna In London

Manna is one of London’s oldest and most famous restaurants. While it is considered a vegetarian location, the entire menu can be made vegan. It classifies as one of the best vegan restaurants in Europe because everyone who eats here leaves satisfied and claiming that they’ve eaten the best meal of their lives. The restaurant has recently celebrated its fiftieth anniversary, so they aren’t going anywhere soon.

Men Impossible In Amsterdam

If you are looking for vegan ramen, this is the spot you need to visit. Everything is homemade, and they cook for the number of people in the restaurant only, so reservations are required. The appetizers are delicious, and the noodles are created from spelt flour. If you tell the restaurant in advance, they can make your dishes gluten-free as well as vegan!

While some areas of Europe have hundreds of vegan restaurants and others have only a few, it is an adventure to find delicious food that immerses you in the experience by offering innovative meals you can’t find anywhere else.

Starting a blog can be a very fun and engaging adventure for you. When you are writing your first blog consider what kind of topics you want to explore. In this instance we will be exploring the concepts of veganism and also the concepts of travel. Beginning a vegan travel blog can be a rewarding and worthwhile experience.

Your target audience

When you begin your blog you should also consider what demographic you would like to appeal to. In this case your vegan travel blog will appeal to people who are fans of both spheres of culture. Keep in mind that when writing your vegan travel blog that there will be many times where you will not be speaking about these 2 concepts. These times will be far and few between but you should be prepared to make sure that your audience will remain engaged with your content during these times.

Important things to note while you are writing your blog are to include addresses of very excellent vegan food restaurants you encounter during your travels. And perhaps leaving a interesting map of your travels whenever you are back home from them during your 1st leg of your trips? The decision is truly up to you.

Do keep in mind that veganism is much more than just your diet! It is also your lifestyle and your value system that you operate within. Be certain that during your travels you are not committing any amount of cruelty to animals and you are not using any amount of animal products or animal by-product. Do your best to eat vegetables that are not going to fill the mouths of hungry and needy people,  And be sure to spread ideals of kindness as you go!

Hosting your vegan travel blog

Another important thing to consider is what kind of platform you will be using for your blog! LiveJournal or Tumblr would even be appropriate for this kind of content. But you could go so far as to record your content on Instagram or even Tik Tok. However you feel most comfortable about recording your adventures is the best way to go about it.

As long as you put your heart and your soul into your blog, you will be blogging the right way. Be honest and full of life and joy and you will be fulfilled. Starting a vegan travel blog feels like one of the more rewarding things you can do with your time and be sure to share your exploits on your social media whenever you get the chance.

But the most important way to start your blog is simply that: Start it! Encouragement to begin is one of the harder things you can find within yourself, and if this article teaches you anything let it be this! You can do this, and you can do anything that you set your mind to! Best of luck on your travels!
